Single-Story Living, Elevated
The Reserve Collection includes four distinct floorplans — Heritage, Legends, Traditions, and Legacy — ranging from 1,992 to 3,661 square feet. These homes feature 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and flexible living spaces that blend elegant architecture with everyday ease.
Open-concept layouts, generous great rooms, and kitchens designed for hosting make day-to-day living feel effortless. Many plans also include dedicated studies, covered patios, and optional finished basements, creating room for hobbies, guests, or multigenerational living.
Design That Connects to the Outdoors
Inspired by Colorado’s natural landscape, each home is designed to maximize light, flow, and connection to the outdoors. Large sliding glass doors open to private covered patios, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals under the stars. Optional outdoor living extensions add even more flexibility for entertaining or quiet relaxation.
