Best Community Amenity Feature Award: Canyon House™
Canyon House™, designed by Kimberly Timmons Interiors, stands out for the way its design brings people together across a mix of inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows, warm natural materials, and a variety of seating areas create comfortable places to gather. Whether you’re settling in by the fireplace, taking a break in the game room, or relaxing on the patio, the building’s connection to the surrounding landscape makes it feel like a true neighborhood retreat.
Best Interior Merchandising of a Model: The Brooklyn Model in the Portrait Collection by Shea Homes®
Designed by Unscripted Interior Design, the Brooklyn brings a bright, airy personality to its interiors with natural wood tones and touches of color that feel fresh rather than bold. The styling is comfortable and current, and curated furnishings and mixed materials in the great room give the home a layered, collected feel. It’s stylish in a way that feels approachable, like a home with personality rather than a model built to impress.

Best Architectural Design of a Model: The Brooklyn Model in the Portrait Collection by Shea Homes®
The Brooklyn’s architecture emphasizes tall, bright interior spaces, with large windows that pull natural light across the main level and a two-story dining area that adds a sense of openness. A covered patio extends the living space outdoors and complements the home’s simple, modern exterior. Inside, thoughtful proportions and clear sightlines make the main floor feel comfortable and easy to spend time in.
