It’s the natural next step after the farm — taking the raw produce and turning it into an artful and healthy meal. So, we’re planning a site in close proximity to the farm for a restaurant run by a chef who specializes in the preparation of fresh, seasonal “Colorado cuisine.” We expect this restaurant’s popularity to grow far beyond the boundaries of The Canyons.
